I have always been deeply intrigued by the complexities of the human mind and the resiliency of the human spirit. Since 1998, I have had the privilege of working side by side countless numbers of teens, children, and families in a wide array of settings (residential treatment facilities, hospitals, schools, juvenile justice, home-based, clinics) as they navigate mental health challenges. Through my work, I discover that there is a remarkable capacity within each of my clients to rise from their struggles and find meanings. I am most passionate about serving marginalized populations. At the core of my work is an unwavering belief that everyone deserves to feel valued, understood, and empowered. Empathy holds the transformative power, and every interaction is an opportunity to inspire change, cultivate hope, and foster a more inclusive world. My clients inspire me daily, reminding me of the beauty of human connection and the significance of compassion.
